I take a booking fee of £15 to secure your booking.
If you cancel or change your booking within 48 hours you will have to pay another booking fee.
If you are more than 30 minutes late or a no show I will need to reschedule as my diary is always back to back and the booking will need to be paid for in full.
If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your booking cost.
I have the right to change or reschedule your booking due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.
